This striking wedding band holds true to the timeless designs of the Retro period and was crafted in the 1940's. The lines of this stunning piece are contemporary and bold, with just the right detail to catch your eye. Rich slightly rose gold 14 karat and 18 karat gold highlights a striking pattern of small, deeply engraved and pierced flowers in white gold. This is a very well crafted piece and is perfect for everyday use. There is a 14k and 18k stamp inside the band, alongside the maker's hallmark of a sidewise W for the maker JR Wood and Sons. It also features an original inscription of "MJJ to DEP, 6-2-46", for the year 1946. The height of the band measures 5.5 mm tall and 1.2 mm thick. It has a nice weight of 4.2 grams.
