Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact me for detailed instructions on how to return the piece within 5 days of receipt of the item. Items must be shipped back with insurance and in original condition within 7 days of the agreed return date for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Payment Plan, Layaway Deposits, Sized Rings, Partial Payments, Appraisals, and Custom Work Deposits are considered custom work, and as such are non-refundable, and non-transferable. All such sales are final.
