This bold antique 14 karat gold ring features a single, polished jadeite center stone. A truly fantastic piece from the Late Art Deco era, 1930's-1940's. This large gem is held in place by uniquely set bezel and delicate filigree mounting. These lovely details curve along the edges and reflect a ribbon and flower inspired design. It's a wonderfully bold ring ring full of classic Deco era design elements. The jade cabochon measures 8.9mm across and 11.7mm ifrom North to South. It has a unique swirl of greens that play with the light in such a dramatic way. The rise off the finger measures 5.2mm. The inside of the band is stamped 14k. The condition of this lovely ring is wonderful and shows very average wear. The stone is secure in the setting for years of future use. The gold has also been cleaned to a bright gold shine. The setting and filigree are is yellow gold and the band is rose gold. The total weight of the ring is 3.3 grams.
