his wonderful antique 14 karat rose gold ring features a slim, wide, cigar style band. Its ornate design is quite characteristic of the late Aesthetic movement of the Victorian and Edwardian eras. The sides are simply detailed with a deep relief pattern of a delicate swirls with a decorative flowers. The design is continued around half the band. The hight of the band measures 5.8.mm. Often wide bands such as this, fit slightly smaller- up to a 1/2 or 1/4 size. There is no gold stamp but the gold tests as 14 karat. The ring has been polished to a bright shine. The total weight of the ring is 4.4 grams.
